Geek evaluation is here to help you when the time comes to evaluate the skills of the candidate you plan to hire. Our on-line solution will save you time rooting through resumes and will eliminate the difficulties some employers face when deciding on a final candidate.
The first step is to set up an account, and customise a test, based on your requirements. Our team here will then email the potential candidates with a link to the test.
Candidates will be asked to complete the test within the time frame requested, once the candidates have completed the test, you as the test owner will be emailed the results. You can also log onto the site at any time and view the test results.
Ultimately the results of these tests will give you a much clearer picture of whether the candidate is suitable for the position you wish to fill. When the time comes to do a face-to-face interview, you will now be able to call in only the candidates that truly CAN do the job, saving you precious time and money.

Should you wish to add any comments or notes to each candidate then this option is also available, making the process even easier when it comes to hiring, scheduling interviews or sharing your opinions with other members of the interview panel or perhaps the Human Resources department in your Organisation.
